Connect with your guest base through the Paytronix app message feature. Choose from one of our message templates or create your custom message.
*Max limit of 1 message to entire guest base per week*
Please note, requests for a scheduled message will take 48-72 hours to complete.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER
We don’t want to overwhelm your guest base. You may think, the more messages the better—but we want to avoid prompting guests from unsubscribing due to getting overpopulated with content.
This feature is designed to stay top of mind with your guests, not every message needs to include some sort of reward or promo.
Not every message needs to be sent to your full guest base. (You can have a message send to your top spenders, or guests who haven’t come in for a while)
